To promote win-win dialogue for development, the SMART Partnership system is being introduced and TNBC has been designated to manage the process as its hub. A SMART Partnership Working Committee (SPH) is now under formation and the intention is to embark on local dialogue from district to regional and national level in preparation for hosting an international dialogue in the near future.
